GARY ANDERSON Co-Founder
The first half of Gary’s career was spent working in senior financial roles, during which he developed and achieved an ambition to become an owner of multiple businesses. In 2007 Gary decided to move on to advisory work and he has spent the last nine years working on a variety of projects in sectors. Functionally, Gary has chaired boards, held NED and advisory roles, restructured and refinanced businesses, mentored executives into new roles (especially CEOs) and managed both director and shareholder disputes. He has also led several M&A transactions on behalf of both himself personally and clients.
JULIE NERNEY Co-Founder
Julie began her career as a serial entrepreneur, setting up and running more than 15 businesses spanning the creative industries, leisure and retail sectors. She then built a Non-Executive career, serving on Boards in the public, private and third sectors. She is currently Chair of two Brighton based businesses. In her interim roles, Julie has led and delivered dozens of strategic change programmes and multi-discipline turnaround projects. These range from whole organisation turnarounds to the delivery of the transport operation for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
ANDREW SAFFRON Co-Founder
A freelance consultant specialising in culture change, leadership development and talent management, Andrew brings more than 20 years of experience delivering projects for organisations ranging from Vodafone to Lloyds Bank, to PwC Consulting. His specialism is in driving cultural and behavioural change, he speaks and works internationally on this subject. Throughout his career, Andrew has witnessed first-hand the hassle businesses face when it comes to finding quality candidates, quickly.
ANDY WYATT Recruitment Director
By the age of 22, Andy had already launched a credit and debt advisory business. However, by the age of 25 he found his real calling was in recruitment, and within just five years he had rocketed through the ranks and landed his first role as a director. Now with over a decade of experience and a network that sweeps both sectors and nations, Andy has joined the SomeoneWho family. He has oversight of all recruitment related activities, to ensure a high quality experience to clients and candidates alike.
ELLIE HALLAM Resourcing Manager
After completing her English Literature degree, Ellie joined SomeoneWho as a Marketing and Business Development intern. She then became permanent employee, leading a team of resourcers to achieve candidate attraction and retention. She is also responsible for keeping a finger on the pulse of market trends, and ensuring SomeoneWho are continuously networked amongst the best talent in the industry.
